1. New adult patients are registered as Private Patients. The annual cost of patient registration is £25.00.

2. Once an oral health has been achieved patients will be offered the opportunity to register with Practice Plan. Our unique practice membership scheme is designed to maintain your oral health.

3. Patients are also treated on referral from other dental practitioner. This will be for a specific course of treatment. Your routine maintenance of oral health remains the responsibility of the referring dentist.

4. Written treatment plans and estimates will be provided for all proposed treatments. Please note that these are not quotes as plans can change during a course of treatment. Fee’s are due prior to the commencement of treatment unless specified by the dentist providing the necessary treatment. Parkside Dental Practice is accredited by Chrysalis Personal Medical Finance and can offer a range of financial agreements to pay for dental treatment.

5. Whilst we respect the patients right to be actively involved in determining their treatment plan we reserve the right to decline to provide treatments that we consider inappropriate or detrimental to the patient.

6. Again respecting the patients right to be actively involved in determining their treatment plan we will decline to provide care to patients who are not prepared to take our advice on achieving and maintaining oral health.

7. Regrettably we will charge £30.00 for all failed appointments and if less than 24 hours notice is given when cancelling an appointment.

8. Regrettably we will withdraw care and deregister any patient who fails to pay outstanding accounts or who consistently fails to attend for appointments.
