I decided to have my teeth whitened to give me more confidence and a brighter smile. On my first visit to Parkside Dental Practice, jon explained the procedure to me and took some moulds of my teeth.

This was to make customised whitening trays and was really quick and comfortable. Once my trays had been made I came into the surgery for the whitening procedure

This took about an hour all together and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. During the procedure I did experience some sensitivity in my teeth which lasted for the next 12 hours. However, the instant lightning of my teeth made this all worth while.

I was given some Relief Gel to put into my trays to help the sensitivity and to rehydrate my teeth. I then continued whitening my teeth at home using my whitening trays. This is painless, quick and so subtle you can even go out with the trays in! I would thoroughly recommend the tooth whitening procedure at Parkside.

1. The complete procedure takes approximately 1hour 20 minutes. The procedure begins with a preparation period followed by as little as 45 minutes of bleaching. (A cleaning is recommended prior to the actual zoom! whitening session).
